There was a persistent foul odor that never went away and a fly infestation in the warmer months. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, management failed to resolve the issue and eventually stopped responding altogether — definitely would not recommend renting here. | 12317 Texas Ave | Moss & Company | 01/2013 - 02/2019 | Do not rent from any moss & company building. Pipes burst and destroy the foundation and grow mold, sending cockroaches everywhere. Parts of the building have FALLEN OFF. They do not communicate, they claim to have lost your lease when you point out they are violating the terms of it. Our first manager deposited our checks at the end of the month then charged US late fees, and overdrafted one tenants account by $700! Glad to be rid of that company forever. (2/26/25) |
