There was a persistent foul odor that never went away and a fly infestation in the warmer months. Despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, management failed to resolve the issue and eventually stopped responding altogether — definitely would not recommend renting here. The water takes forever to heat up and the walls are paper thin. Management ended up moving in another tenant right after me, knowing there was a major issue with the smell (2/20/25)
1118 10th StreetNA08/2023 - 11/2023I stayed here for a short-term lease. The place was clean and the landlord was super responsive to maintenance requests. The garage is small and will not fit an SUV. Although the apartment is small, there is a lot of closet space, and felt spacious. The water pressure, water heater, AC, appliances, etc. all worked. 1856 10th StreetNA03/2017 - 01/2025Nice location to live, relatively quiet but old building. Fairly warm in summer, plan on buying A/C. Left as rent seemed above market and owner was not keen on making actual fixes to the building. The neighbors adjacent to the north should be avoided, police tend to show up at that house/apartment regularly. (2/25/25)

12317 Texas AveMoss & Company01/2013 - 02/2019Do not rent from any moss & company building. Pipes burst and destroy the foundation and grow mold, sending cockroaches everywhere. Parts of the building have FALLEN OFF. They do not communicate, they claim to have lost your lease when you point out they are violating the terms of it. Our first manager deposited our checks at the end of the month then charged US late fees, and overdrafted one tenants account by $700! Glad to be rid of that company forever. (2/26/25)
